Data protection

 

Based on article 13 of the Swiss federal constitution and the designation of data protection of the federation (Data Protection Act, DPS) every person has the right of protection of their privacy as well as protection of misuse of their personal data. I follow this designation. Personal data will be handled confidential and neither sold to third parties nor handed over.

In close collaboration with my hosting-provider I seek to protect the data base as good as possible of unauthorized access, loss, misuse or forgery.

When accessing www.ymush.ch the following data will be saved in logfiles: IP address, date, time, browser-query and generally transfered information about the operation system respectively browser. This data of use builds the basis for statistic, anonymous analysis, so that trends, on which I can improve my offering, are recognisable.

 

Data privacy statement for the use of Facebook plug-ins

 

My website integrates plug-ins for the social network, Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You will recognise Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo on my website. When you visit my website, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server.

This enables Facebook to know that you ‒ with your IP address ‒ have visited my website. This means that Facebook can allocate this interaction with my website to your user account.

I would like to point out that I, as the website operator, do not receive any notification about the content of the conveyed data or how it is used by Facebook.
